Complementary bid will be given to determine the total cost of the build from start to finish.
Client (you) and builder will discuss needs and wants of your build, whether it is a custom home, garage, ADU, remodel, etc..
Count on factors such as permits, and land property expenses if any.
Any changes or add-ons from original bid may result in change orders to client.
