    • Start to end projects usually span between 5-8 months

    • If you live in Mason county or outside of it

    • If you already have an approved loan and budget

    • Timeline of other homes we are building

    • Supply and demand of materials

    • The complexity of your project

    • Timely home decision-making

    • Complementary bid will be given to determine the total cost of the build from start to finish.

    • Client (you) and builder will discuss needs and wants of your build, whether it is a custom home, garage, ADU, remodel, etc..

    • Count on factors such as permits, and land property expenses if any.

    • Any changes or add-ons from original bid may result in change orders to client.
